SHIPPING POLICY 

At The Buckin West, we keep things simple.

 

All orders are packed and shipped the next business day if placed before 4pm. We know you’re keen to get your gear, so we don’t muck around. Once it’s in the hands of Australia Post, it’s their responsibility, but we’ll always do our best to help if there’s a drama.

Shipping Rates (Australia):

• Standard: $12 (5–7 business days)
• Express: $16 (1–3 business days)

All orders over $150 ship free (standard).

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally where possible, but due to current postal restrictions, some regions (like the US) are temporarily unavailable. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout so you’ll only ever pay the exact postage cost.

Delays & Lost Parcels:

Once your order leaves us, it’s in the care of Australia Post. We can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels, but we’ll happily help chase things up if needed.
