RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At The Buckin West, we back our gear and want you to love it as much as we do. Each shirt gets a good once-over before it leaves us, but here’s the deal if something goes wrong.
We’ll happily take returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the item comes back in original condition. Unworn, unwashed, no makeup marks, no perfume smells, no sneaky wear and tear. And with all tags still attached. If it looks like it’s had a night out, we can’t take it back. Sale items and gift cards are final, no take-backs.
For change of mind or sizing swaps, we’ll sort you out with store credit once your return lands back with us, but the return postage is on you.
If your gear turns up faulty, damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong thing, that’s on us — we’ll cover the cost and send the right product out quick smart.
